RAMIE FIBER BRIDED PACKING
Ramie fiber braided packing is readily controllable packing which can treat shafts gently. It uses in many fields, such us ship building, paper-making industry, beverages industry and brewing etc. And especially, it is appointed to use in the foodstuff and pharmaceutical industry. It adapt to all kinds of water, sea water, brines, oils, greases, weak acids and alkalis etc., especially resistant to abrasion.
Ramie packing with graphite and oil impregnation:
Ramie packing with graphite and oil impregnation is made from high-quality ramie fibers, treated with graphite, and the full infiltration of special lubricants from a square weave. Prominent advantage is a very low coefficient of friction, gentle to axis, anti-corrosion.

Industries:
Ramie packing with graphite and oil impregnation is particularly desirable in the shipbuilding industry, cold-water treatment, water and the application of cold oil.

ASBESTOS PACKING:
Chrysotile asbestos packing is braided into packing, made of Chrysotile asbestos yarn and impregnated with PTFE. It has much better effect of sealing. Used for all rotating and reciprocating pumps, mixers and valves sealing against hot and cold water, caustics, mild acids, difficult chemicals, air, gases, steam, solvents, oil and most marine applications.
Fiberglass packing:
Pure glass fiber Packing is braided from alkali glass fiber, without any impregnating agents and treatment. Pure glass fiber Packing will not contraction or expansion.
Graphite coated glass fiber packing: braided by alkali glass fiber with high carbon graphite, also according to requirement, it can be reinforced by nickel metal wire.
